CSR may be a new term in the corporate lexicon, but it has a long tradition worldwide. The concepts of sustainability, responsibility and social welfare have intrinsically been woven into the corporate ethos of GS Mentors since the company’s inception. True to the vision of its founders, GS Mentors has constantly been engaged in activities that create a sustainable impact and a multiplier effect.

Our Approach to CSR

We at GS Mentors feel we should contribute to society where it is needed the most. The entire CSR program is designed as per the needs of society, to create long-lasting impact and change the lives of the people for the better. Currently, we have focused our corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities on the principal thrust areas of public service by catering students who are underprivileged and wish to pursue a career in Civil Services.

GS Mentors is reaching out to the society in a large way through its well-organized programs such as-

(1) Conducting awareness programmes for UPSC Civil Services Programme,

(2) Talent-search examinations for finding Aptitude within students,


(3) Financial assistance to underprivileged meritorious students pursuing Civil Services Examinations.

How do we manage CSR?

CSR Committee:

What gets measured gets managed! At GS Mentors, we do not engage in CSR for the sake of it but strive to act responsibly across a wide range of social and educational issues, and more importantly integrate CSR into the day-to-day operations of the company. To demonstrate this commitment, we have CSR steering provided by the CSR Committee.

The CSR Committee has been formed to develop a long-term vision, identify thrust areas, and support the various activities. The Committee facilitates the conceptualization and execution of projects, and the provision of budgetary support for consolidated social engagement by GS Mentors in the future. The Committee also aims to improve the sustainability and scalability of CSR projects, and to create synergy among all projects as the key to building stronger and enhanced engagement with society.
